Gene Worlds – Workshop Men

The exhibition presented diffentiated aspects of the controversial theme of genetic engineering, including its foundations, methods and medical applications, and its ethical, social and economic facets. The aim was to foster a broad, and scientifically well-founded debate.

Exhibition design

The design provided the visitor with a frame of reference to navigate the content of the exhibition, and an atmospheric setting. A central element within the overall design conception was a differentiated colour scheme, supported by light installations. Custom designed models, media, and interactive elements illustrated, and served to explain the presented subject matter, and helped to draw in the visitor.
